James's place was amazing! Everything was clean, well stocked, and the perfect place for a weekend retreat. The direct lake access is a little too shallow to dive into but the kayaks were beautiful — we ended up going to the nearby state park to swim. Would absolutely recommend the stay

Our stay at the Lakeshore Living house was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled on a tranquil stretch of shoreline, the property offered stunning water views and easy access to the lake for kayaking, and fishing. The interior was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could wish for—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms and spacious common areas perfect for gathering with friends and family. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, an evening around the fire pit, and soaking in the hot tub. Every detail of our visit was thoughtfully arranged to create an environment of comfort and relaxation. James was a great host. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. We would definitely book this VRBO again.

Absolutely incredible home and location

All of this was amazing: - The house is gorgeous - clean, bright, spacious and stocked with everything you might need- The porch!! The screened-in porch overlooking the lake is incredible- The hot-tub - super clean and beautiful lake views - The fire pit - perfect for hanging out and having smores- The lawn down by the water - lots of space to run and play- The lake - beautiful and fun to explore with the included kayaksJames was a great host, very welcoming and responsive. My family had a mini family reunion here (6 adults and a toddler) and all enjoyed ourselves immensely. It's a quiet area without a lot of traffic or noise, very natural and peaceful - a perfect getaway!Many thanks to the hosts for the good experience.

Listen to Nature

The back porch is amazing. We gathered there for breakfast and dinner each night. We saw deer, turkey and all kinds of birds. You can watch the fish too. This beautiful home comes equipped with kayaks; the adults and teens took turns and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our fishing wasn’t as successful as we would have liked but we weren’t at work!! This Bella Vista home is truly bella vista. The hosts are very attentive to their guests too. My family is checking calendars for our next visit! Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!! PS: if you have a beginner kayaker, this is the place to go. The house is on a “finger” of the lake so teaching is easy and access to the lake itself is minutes away.

We enjoyed the secluded getaway at this remarkable property marked by its clean and new-looking interior and exterior. Our favorite pastimes were kayaking up and down the river, fishing, and roasting marshmallows above the fire pit. Every morning, I would jog with my son along the rural road while taking in the farm scenery. At the end of the country road where it meets the highway, one could buy produce from a temporary stand. For a wide selection of groceries, one can travel a little further down to Food Lion or Dollar General. There is also a local pizza place in the shopping plaza.By the lake, a spacious grass lot offered optimum conditions for a game of soccer or for just throwing a ball. For those who prefer to observe the backyard activities in a comfortable setting without breaking a sweat, they need only to lounge in a chair and view the outdoor play from within a roomy screened-in porch. Although the inside offered several games to entertain the family, the adventure that awaits nature lovers at this site is what attracted us the most.

Fabulous Bella Vista Property

Pristine, beautiful new home! Pictures do not do it justice! We were wowed as soon as we arrived. The water and nature views were fantastic! Amenities were in abundance— fabulous hot tub, game room, grill for cooking steaks, fire pit for s'more's and the kayaks were so much fun—we did it all! There was nothing needed that wasn’t provided. Check-in was a breeze and communication was excellent with James. He made us feel very welcomed and even provided special beverages to celebrate our anniversary! We felt like we were at home as soon as we walked in! We were sad to leave this morning—will definitely be returning as soon as we can!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway with Breathtaking Views!Our stay at this VRBO was simply incredible, earning every one of its five stars! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful views – they truly have to be seen to be believed. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or watching the sunset, the scenery was a constant source of awe.The house itself is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably. It's clear a lot of thought went into making it a welcoming and comfortable home away from home. And let's talk about the hot tub! It was the perfect addition, especially after a day of exploring and spending time with family (which can be exhausting, am I right?), providing a wonderfully relaxing experience under the stars.To top it all off, James was an amazing host. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were responsive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome.We can't recommend this VRBO highly enough. If you're looking for a place with stunning views, a fantastic hot tub, a spacious house, and an amazing host, look no further. We're already planning our next visit!
