A spectacular home designed for a large, active family to live and play together in the gorgeous wilderness of British Columbia. Our stunning, brand-new lake house is located on a point with a sandy beach on a large, remote lake in BC's interior region. Surrounded by rugged mountains and forests, our home has soaring views of Nicola Lake and your private beach and dock. Nicola Lake is a three-hour drive from Vancouver, or a 90-minute drive from Kelowna's international airport, surrounded by rolling ranch land and mountains and renowned fishing lakes, mountain bike trails, kit-surfing and more!

Our 8250 square foot home has two expansive outdoor living spaces with wood-burning fireplace and barbecue, a luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen and two kitchenettes, a master bedroom with 180 degree lake views and spa bathroom, 5 guest bedrooms with ensuites, and a bunk room. Huge windows, spectacular vaulted wood beam ceilings, fireplaces and a hot tub overlooking the lake. Kayak, paddle board, sail, fish and swim in the clear waters of Nicola Lake. Set off for a hike in the mountains right from our backyard.

Our home is 20 minutes from the rural ranch town of Merritt, home of the Rockin River Country Music Fest, historic Quilchena Ranch, and Douglas Lake Ranch, the largest working cattle ranch in Canada. We are an hour's drive from the Okanagan wine country. In winter we love skating on the bay when it freezes, going for a hike, and curling up by one of our wood fireplaces with a good book or movie. The incredible family ski resort of Sun Peaks is a two hour drive.
