The Space:
We’re excited to welcome you to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, situated on the top floor with stunning views of Downtown Dallas. This space offers everything you need for a perfect and worry-free stay.
The expansive living and dining areas feature LED lighting and modern furnishings that go beyond expectations. Each bedroom provides a private sanctuary with beautiful night-time views. The large glass windows bathe the apartment in natural light, enhancing the cozy atmosphere created by the wooden floors and finishes.
BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM
Our stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is thoughtfully designed with carefully chosen amenities and decor. The well-organized layout ensures comfort and convenience. Note that the third bedroom is located within the living room area, separated by large curtains.
- **Bedroom 1**: Features a queen-size bed with a plush foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets.
- **Bedroom 2**: Includes two full-size beds, a 45” 4K HDR Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
- **Bedroom 3**: Equipped with two queen-size beds.
The living room has a sofa bed, a coffee table, and a 65” 4K HDR Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, with a spacious layout and modern amenities that exceed typical standards for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.
A welcoming full bathroom is entirely private and separate from the main living areas, stocked with essential toiletries so you won’t need to bring any extra supplies.
We are dedicated to the health, safety, and comfort of our guests, which is why we follow a rigorous cleaning protocol after each stay.

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are allowed based on their size, but please notify us in advance to confirm your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be charged.
Pet fees vary depending on the length of your stay: $25 per night per pet for stays of 1 to 4 nights; $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights; and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.
Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

To meet legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.
