This is a duplex and older home with lots of natural wood and windows. This is a 3 bedroom home. There is a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, living room, designated work space. There is a drive way, in addition to balcony and outdoor space great for cook outs in the summer or for kids and pets to play.

This is a duplex, this is the upper unit. The lower unit is listed on air bnb as well. The drive way can be utilized for parking but need to be mindful of additional guest who may be staying in the other unit.
