Located within less than 25miles from the magic of Disney World, its convenient location provides easy access to all the major attractions, including Walt Disney World, Lego Land, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and Busch Gardens, as well as Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland.

There are a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course adjacent to the community, and Champions Gate Golf Course, home of the David Leadbetter Golf School, which is only a 10 minute drive away.

The private gated community offers lakefront amenities, including a boat ramp, and fishing dock, as well as a limited-use clubhouse.

Pool heating rate: $49 per day (please read house rules for more information)
BBQ grill: FREE (guests just need to buy the propane at the closest stores or gas stations).
Note: if the number of guests brought to the house exceeds the number of guests in the reservation, a fee of $50 per guest per day will be applied.

All furniture, appliances, decoration, kitchen utensils are brand new. The house was just renovated in November 2023 and designed in a modern style

Bedroom 1: master bedroom (king size bed) with private bathroom.

2nd floor
Bedroom 2: master bedroom (king size bed) with private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: queen size bed w/ connected bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds w/ connected bathroom with bedroom 3
Bedroom 5: 2 bunk beds (each upper level of bunk bed has a limit of 200lbs).
