Welcome to our beautifully remodeled Railroad Apartment, where bright, airy spaces and a neutral paint palette create a relaxing, soothing atmosphere. Original wood floors, traditional millwork, and minimalistic modern décor blend seamlessly, offering an elegant yet casual home.
Centrally located, this apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, galleries, mass transit, downtown, and more. Sorry, no pets allowed.
If you’re looking for privacy, livability, functionality, and charm, you’re in the right place. Enjoy modern comforts like free high-speed Wi-Fi, refrigerated air, and polished hardwood floors, all within the cozy aesthetic of a 1911 home.
The home is stylish and efficient, feeling both spacious and comfortable. The bedroom features ample closet space and a Vista Series Plush Queen Mattress engineered for deep, conforming sleep. The family room offers a Vizio 40” Full HD Smart Cast TV (pre-connected to Wi-Fi) and a pull-out bed. While designed for two guests, the apartment can sleep up to four comfortably.
You’ll have exclusive access to your apartment, but please note there are five apartments on the property. Shared spaces include the backyard and front porch only.

House Rules & Policies:
All guests must carefully review and fully agree to the House Rules and Cancellation Policy before booking and during their stay.
Keys:
Please return the keys to the lockbox upon checkout. A $60 fee will apply for unreturned keys.
Profile Picture:
Guests must upload a clear profile photo for security purposes.
Amenities:
Our towels and pillows are soft, fluffy, and incredibly comfortable — ask us if you'd like to purchase them for yourself!
No Smoking, Drugs, or Illegal Activities:
Smoking, drugs, candles, incense, and other forms of burning are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful and keep noise levels low.
Pest Control:
Given the historic nature of the home, occasional pests may be encountered. We work with Orkin for regular monthly pest control services.
Eco-Friendly Living:
Please conserve energy and water, and recycle when possible.
Furniture:
Do not move or rearrange furniture or furnishings. No red wine or colored drinks on furniture. Contact the host for any special needs.
Wi-Fi Access:
Details provided in the Check in instructions.
Guest Policy:
Only approved guests are allowed. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
Parties and Alcohol:
No parties or events. Alcohol consumption must be kept minimal.
Warning: Guests who are visibly drunk will be required to leave the property immediately, escorted by a sober guest.
Eating:
No eating meals in bed.
Security:
Always lock the door when you leave and be considerate of neighbors.
Maintenance:
Please report any spills, damages, or accidents immediately.
Checkout:
By or before 10:00 AM.
Late checkouts affect cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.

Energy Conservation:
Turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment or when not needed.
