Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

2. To respect our wonderful neighbors, we ask that you abide by city noise ordinance rules which are no noise between 10pm to 8am

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property

4. No pets allowed (except service dogs)

5. Check out times are 11am and check in is 4pm
