When you've had your fill of the sand, go for a hike at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park not even 10 miles away. Travel a bit farther together and explore the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Historic St. Augustine, which boasts landmarks like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument where you can embark on a self-guided tour. For something more active, bring your rackets and hit the pickleball courts at Treaty Park and Ron Parker Park.

Step inside our bright, airy, and thoughtfully furnished new home, just moments from the Atlantic coastline. The open-concept living space boasts soaring ceilings, a cozy sofa, and a Smart TV—perfect for family movie nights or casual lounging after a day in the sun.

Kitchen and Dining:
Get inspired to cook in our fully stocked kitchen, featuring an electric stovetop, stainless steel double oven, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a dishwasher, and all the cookware and gadgets you could need. Share meals around the spacious dining table or enjoy casual bites at the large island.

Bedrooms:

Primary Suite: King-size bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with ample closet space.

Bedroom 3: Double-size bed, cozy and comfortable.

Den/Office (Bedroom 4): Featuring a daybed with a twin pull-out—perfect for extra guests or quiet work sessions.

Bathrooms:
Two pristine full bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and hair dryers.

Outdoor Living:
Step out back to your fully fenced private yard, complete with lounge chairs, a fire pit, grill, outdoor dining table, and outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off the beach sand. We’ve even included beach towels, an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards to make your beach days even better.

Work & Play:
Our home is perfectly set up for remote work or play. High-speed 1G WiFi, Smart TVs, and a private office with a dedicated desk and ergonomic chair ensure a seamless stay whether you’re streaming, gaming, or Zooming.

Family Friendly:
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a Pack 'n Play, children's dinnerware, and a welcoming, single-level layout with no stairs.

Parking and EV Charging:
Enjoy free on-site parking in the two-car garage, complete with a Level 2 EV charger.

Security:
For your peace of mind, we have security cameras at the driveway, front door, and side gate entrance.

Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
