Situated in the backyard on the 4th floor, the loft is quietly located in a lovely neighbourhood, with convenient public transportation, late night convenience stores, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.
I'm a filmmaker living and working in Berlin. I travel sometimes, and with the help of my neighbours the whole place is available for temporary rental then. After hosting on A*rb*b since a decade I decided to migrate to alternative platforms to continue hosting.
It's a sunny duplex loft in beautiful Schillerkiez, with private terrace facing south , right next door to Tempelhofer Feld. The newly furnished 125m2 apartment has 2 floors: open kitchen and living room, one private bedroom, big bathroom on the ground floor; open loft with double bed, toilet shower and a terrace upstairs.
