The space
This two-story home features over 2,900 sq. ft. of comfort and privacy for up to 10 guests. With multiple living areas, an open layout, and abundant natural light throughout, it's ideal for families, groups, or equestrian travelers.
Downstairs, enjoy a king ensuite bedroom with a brand new Smart TV, a spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub, and a large walk-in closet. You'll also find a bunk bed room, a twin room with a desk, a half bath, and an open-concept living area with a large Smart TV and fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook, and a large formal dining area.
Upstairs offers three queen bedrooms—two with closets, one with Smart TV, and one with a desk. The 2nd floor has two full bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combo and linen closet, and another with a walk-in shower. Note: one closet is reserved for staff use only.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, spa, grill area, firepit, and expansive patio with outdoor dining space. A basketball hoop and cornhole set provide extra fun for guests of all ages.
Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and driveway parking for multiple vehicles.
Guest access
A new combination will be provided to every guest 1 hour prior to check in.
Guests can access all areas of living space except for supply closet on the 2nd floor. While the garage is not considered living space, access is enabled in cases of circuit panel trips and access to the circuit panel is necessary. There is a 2nd refrigerator and freezer in the garage that is available for guest use.
Other things to note
All amenities including bedding, pillows and towels have been newly purchased so please handle with care. Please don’t use bath or pool towels for anything other than what it’s intended for.
**In order to maintain a low cleaning fee from our cleaning team, please ensure that the # of towels (bath and pool) and bedding are all accounted for and left in front of the washing machine prior to check out.**
Before you leave:
Please send a message the moment you have checked out so our cleaning crew is ready to begin cleaning. Please treat our home as you would your own and try to leave dishes in the sink or rinse excess food and place in the dishwasher. Please leave all bedding on the beds and towels in the bathrooms.
