• Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
3. Security & Compliance
• This home is legally available only for international tourists on a temporary rental basis. Due to local regulations, we cannot accommodate national guests without additional information.
• A valid passport or ID is required for all guests upon booking confirmation.
4. Rental Agreement & Enforcement
• Failure to comply with these rules, including unauthorized guests, parties, or gatherings will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without refund, and VRBO will be notified.
