Smoking, vaping, or burning of any substances (including candles or incense) is strictly prohibited inside the home at all times. This applies to tobacco, marijuana, and all other products. A minimum $300 fine will apply if smoke odors or residue are detected.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud music, shouting, or gatherings that may disturb the neighborhood. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation.
