2 - Check Availability and Pricing: Please use the "Contact Host" button first to confirm the most up-to-date availability and pricing. Keep in mind that our VRBO calendar may not always reflect real-time changes. Prices and availability are regularly updated to align with the current rental market.
3 - Booking Process with The Timeshare Brokers, LLC: Our goal is to provide you with the best booking process in the industry. Note that the rate quote is a base rate, and premiums may apply during peak times, such as school vacations and holiday weeks.
4 - Availability Confirmation: We will check your inquiry/request within the specific owner's resort booking system and promptly respond with the latest availability, as it can change daily. To accommodate these fluctuations, we recommend using the "Contact Host" feature before using the "Request to Book" option.
5 - Reservation Request: The "Request To Book" feature initiates a reservation request, which will receive a response within 24 hours. Please be aware that this is not a confirmed stay at this stage. We recommend using the ‘Contact Host’ button first for the most accurate information.
6 - Flight Bookings: We advise against booking flights until you have received your final confirmation from the resort.
7 - Timeshare Villa for Rent: You are inquiring about renting a timeshare villa.
8 - Responsibility and Disclaimers: While The Timeshare Brokers facilitate vacation rentals, any issues related to on-property resort services, accommodations, assigned units, amenities, and more are the direct responsibility of the developer/resort. Any discrepancies between property photos and the actual premises are unintentional. Any disruptions during your stay should be addressed directly with the resort and do not constitute deceptive advertising or a breach of ethics.
