This building features 5 units in total, with shared hallways connecting each unit. However, This unit has its own private entrance from the street and of course, your entire unit is completely private and exclusively yours to enjoy.

You’ll have full access to:

✔ Street Parking:

If you are staying less than 3 nights, you do not need an overnight parking permit.

Sunday: Street parking is free — no need to feed the meter.

Monday through Saturday: Metered parking is required during business hours. You can easily pay using the MKE Parking App.


🚭 No Smoking, No Parties – We kindly ask you to respect our house rules.

⏰ Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet neighborhood by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
- Respect the Space: Please treat the home with care. Report any damages or issues promptly.
- Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
