Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage and will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with the building’s parking policy.

**The following types of vehicles will not be permitted:**

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, unsafe or improvised controls, or faulty braking systems.
2. Oversized vehicles, including sprinter vans, extended vans, vehicles accommodating 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide tires, lockers, or external storage, which pose maneuvering challenges in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or large custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-style controls.

**Pet Policy:**
Pets are welcome depending on size, but please inform us in advance to avoid booking issues. A cleaning fee applies per pet:

* \$25/night for stays of 1–4 nights
* \$200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights
* \$300 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

Please note that we are not responsible for building-related maintenance or repair concerns during your stay.
