Welcome to Humboldt Grove, a fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Spanning multiple levels, this 1,900 square-foot, thoughtfully designed residence includes a separate guest suite or office with a private entrance, a vibrant garden, and curated details throughout.
The main level features a sun-lit, open-concept layout with a spacious living area, dining space, and a chef’s kitchen that opens to an expansive backyard. Ideal for entertaining, the outdoor space includes a brand-new deck with cushioned seating, an outdoor kitchen with deluxe grill and sink, and lush landscaped surroundings.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes built-in wardrobes with automatic lighting and a sleek, modern bathroom. The second bedroom offers flexibility with a built-in desk and Murphy (full-sized) bed. On the top level, a skylit home theater with custom wood paneling offers a cozy escape. The garden level features a gym, laundry area, and a full bath.
Located just minutes from the Graham Avenue L train and local favorites like Mesa Coyacan and Variety Coffee, Humboldt Grove blends comfort, convenience, and character in one of Brooklyn’s most beloved neighborhoods.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The Neighborhood:
Williamsburg has quickly become one of New York’s most desirable and lively neighborhoods in the past decade or two, and is a perfect location from which to enjoy the city’s best art, culture and bars whilst still having the more residential and green vibe of Brooklyn. Here you are ideally situated, close to subways and bars/restaurants, and equally near to McCarren Park and the East River for a daily dose of fresh air and nature.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
