Kick back on the two screened lanais, in the two living rooms, or by the big private pool with plenty of loungers. Make some amazing memories with your family and friends in this perfect vacation spot, complete with all the good stuff like free Wi-Fi, a BBQ grill, beach wagons, chairs and coolers.

The Space:
Upstairs, you'll discover a bright and open living space that nicely combines the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living room. The living room has a cozy memory foam sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Big sliding doors open onto a screened porch and a deck, giving you lots of room to enjoy the fresh air. The main bedroom has a new king-size adjustable bed, plenty of dresser space, and a closet for your things. It also has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a roomy closet. A nicely updated main bathroom in the hallway has both a shower and a bathtub. Downstairs, there's a second fully equipped kitchen and dining area that leads into a spacious living room, also with a sleeper sofa. This lower level is filled with natural light and opens onto an outdoor lanai with a seating area. A bedroom on this level has a new king bed and lots of closet and dresser space. A brand new, perfectly remodeled bathroom with a shower finishes off this level. Outside, you will find a Weber grill and steps beyond will lead to the awesome pool and lounging area. Guest Access:
Plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles. Electronic key pads so no need to worry about keys. You will have access to the entire property including private pool.

The Neighborhood:
This cute spot is ideally situated near the tranquil end of a dead-end street, offering a peaceful retreat while being just a half-block away from the pristine, powdery sands of Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy easy access to the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and stunning Gulf sunsets. Explore local dining options and shops, all within a short distance. Our quaint downtown is only a mile away. You will find restaurants, bar for lively island night life. The best pancake house on the island is literally a stones throw away.

Getting Around:
Walking is a snap in Fort Myers beach and we also highly recommend renting golf carts or bikes for fun island transportation.
