Perched directly on the 12th hole of the Elkhorn Golf Course, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home blends the timeless warmth of classic Sun Valley style with the space and comfort that makes a getaway feel like a genuine retreat. From your first step into the roundabout driveway, the home opens up with elevated views, mature landscaping, and sunlight pouring through the windows.
Inside, the layout invites both connection and privacy. Just off the entryway, a cozy den awaits with a smart TV, fireplace, game table, and puzzles—perfect for quiet evenings or friendly family tournaments. The heart of the home is a wide-open living, kitchen, and dining area framed by oversized windows looking out to the course and the Elkhorn hills. Watch for elk crossing or golfers lining up their shots while you sip your morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a feast—featuring a massive island, double ovens, a large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, and everything you need to host or just heat up something delicious from town. There's bar seating for casual mornings and a built-in workspace if you need to check in with the real world. The adjacent living room features a plush sectional and another smart TV, offering a comfortable spot to unwind.
