Step into a spacious living area filled with coastal decor, where you can unwind on the plush Queen sleeper sofa after a day at the beach. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV or prepare delicious meals in the fully furnished kitchen, complete with sleek appliances and ample counter space. Whether it’s a seafood feast or your morning coffee on the spacious private balcony, you’ll find everything you need here.

The Primary bedroom offers a King bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep as you listen to the waves. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed along with twin bunk beds. This condo also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, keeping your beachwear fresh is a breeze. Sugar Beach 123 is the ideal retreat for your next beach adventure! Each reservation includes one parking pass good for the duration of your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers can be parked at Sugar Beach. Additional Pass can be purchased on site for $35.

Great location & beautiful condo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nicely upgraded unit. Location is fantastic, 3min walk to beach, close to Gulf Shores Park, and short drive to lots of entertainment and dining options. Condo is modern and fashionable with well appointed & modern kitchen, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, and nice large patio. Would definitely stay here again.
