Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay.
Our driveway can fit 2 cars plus we have one additional parking in front of the house.
Guests also have access to the basement for laundry & more.
Other things to note
Property Disclosures:
We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and backyard patio which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
Additional cleaner's policy: video recording of before and after each clean for inventory and condition check purposes.
