Welcome to your home away from home—a bright and spacious main floor retreat featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families, friend getaways, or business travelers needing extra space.

Whip up meals with ease in the large, fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table for a meal or game night, and then kick back in the beautiful family room with a large-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team.

Step outside and enjoy the amazing backyard! Challenge your group in the game room, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or simply relax in the fully fenced, grassy yard—plenty of space for kids and pets to play.

You’ll love being just minutes from BYU, UVU, shopping, restaurants, and I-15, all while enjoying the peace of a residential neighborhood. Driveway parking included.

Please note: This main-floor space is available when the entire home is not booked, so there may be guests staying in the separate basement apartment during your visit. Each space has its own private entrance, ensuring your stay remains peaceful and comfortable.
