Holiday Getaway

Wonderful property!! Plenty of room, close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of amenities on the resort and just a short golf cart ride to the beach.

Wonderful stay in the Panhandle

We booked this villa with family to attend a wedding on Solaris at the Sandestin Resort. The villa was perfect for our needs - 8 adults and 1 child. We used the golf cart to get to the beach, which was only a 5 minute ride. Perfect stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was wonderful. We only stayed 3 nights but they were 3 wonderful nights. We went in September for a long girls weekend away. The home is nicely remodeled and was mostly clean. We did notice dust on the bathroom vanity lights and baseboards, but overall the home was clean. The first floor of the home gets super hot during the day this time of year because of the sun. We had plenty of towels and the home had a starter pack of laundry and dish soaps. My vacation haven did send texts to assess how our stay was going which was really nice.

Sensational Place

Villa was beautiful and very comfortable, my family really enjoyed the stay and vacation here. Great location and the golf cart was a plus my girls really enjoyed the ride to the beach and swimming pool and the restaurants next to the villa. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back next year.

The kitchen was set up really well with plenty of cooking / dinnerware - we had a big group so we really appreciated that! One thing to note is the children's bunk room is located off of the master bathroom which was fine for our family but something other guests may want to be aware of. All around a great stay.

Beautiful Condo

We came for a wedding at the Grand Sandestin resort. Our location was a perfect location to all the festivities. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay, I would highly recommend this property. Nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen.

A nice place to stay during fall break

Twelve of our family stayed in this lovely home for a week. Pro's - Great location at the end of the street, fairly recently remodeled, clean, well-equipped kitchen, good beds, 2 good golf carts which we used a lot, you can fish right off the back deck. Con's - can be hard to find a parking spot when the resort is crowded, and access to the bunk room requires you to go through one of the bedrooms - not a big deal. Would we rebook this again? You bet. Thanks for making your home available to us.

They were working on alot of the townhomes and the construction crew had their vehicles and dumpsters in the parking areas and left them all night. We had to park a distance away and walk to our rental. We understand that these rentals must be maintained but maybe they could remodel when it's not as busy. Our overall stay was still good.

Family Vacation

The property is just as pictured. We had 4 adults and 5 kids under 11. The kids enjoyed waking up and being able to fish. Not far from the beach at all with the golf cart. The kids enjoyed the rides every time and us adults enjoyed not having to get in our car the whole week. We enjoyed going to the other side for dinner and lots for the kids to do and exploring. We will definitely be back to this area! Between Destin, ft. Walton and Pensacola this was our favorite. I also want to add the air was down for us when we arrived and the unit smelt as clean as it appareled.

Amazing vacation!

We absolutely loved this property! We have been coming to Sandestin for many years and this property is by far our favorite! The property was immaculate and had everything we needed! The two golf carts were such a blessing to us to use to get back and forth to the beach and to Baytowne. It is just a quick little golf cart ride to the beach! Thank you so much for all the chairs and beach toys for us to use during our stay. Communication with the rental property management was amazing! We will definitely be back to stay during our next trip!

What a great stay!!! We loved it here!!! The condo was clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 5 children and were very comfortable in the condo. The location was perfect for us. We had the 6 person golf cart which we could use to get to the beach, pool, golf, restaurants, and shopping. We would love to come back!!!

Everything was perfect from the communication with the property manager to the home and location itself. The listing description and pictures are spot on however it still had tge wow factor when entering the home. The home smelled brand new,it was immaculant. The decor was stylish/current and fresh. There was plenty of natural lighting which we love. They house was fully stocked with all the essential need. The beds were very comfortable. We all had the best sleep. The lines were top knotch! I can't say enough good things about this property. We loved the view on the balconies it was so peaceful and serene. The two golf carts (they look brand new) were an added benefit. It took us less than 5mins to get to the beach. They also had enough beach chairs for everyone. This property has made our #1 favorite place to stay in Sandestin.
