Casa de Cousins is a spacious 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bath home with a calming coastal aesthetic that will make you feel right at home and ready to relax. It has been newly constructed, professionally designed and no detail was overlooked. All furniture was carefully selected to be family friendly as well as comfortable and the bedrooms have been outfitted with luxurious bedding, comfortable mattresses and blackout shades. It’s all of those little details that will make this home the perfect spot for your vacation. Not to mention, with large porches on the 1st and 3rd floors you will definitely enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! Casa de Cousins is located in the desirable Seacrest Beach community on 30A with its amazing 12,000 sqft lagoon pool and a beautiful grassy area. Just out the front door is a tram stop where you can take a 3 minute ride to the breathtaking beaches that 30A is known for.

The first floor features an open concept living room, dining and kitchen that are perfect for family fun, time to relax or meal times together. The living room opens up to the back porch which backs up to a pathway/green space. It is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the afternoon. Off the kitchen you will find the half bath and just outside the front door it leads to the outdoor shower. The second floor features the laundry room, a smaller 2 bed bunk room, and 2 master bedrooms with king beds each containing their own ensuite bathroom. The third floor is filled with the third master bedroom and the bunk room containing 4 bunks with full size beds each with their own ensuite bathroom. The bunk room is what bunk room dreams are made of. There is also a large 3rd floor deck ready for morning coffee or an early evening happy hour. Casa de Cousins provides a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed internet access, TVs, and outdoor shower.

The house sleeps 16 and can easily accommodate 1 large family or 2-3 couples and their children. Seacrest Beach is ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and has plenty of outstanding shopping, dining and entertainment options within easy reach. The best part is that it can all be done by foot or bike. Upon arrival we are happy to provide a detailed welcome book with details on all the best places. Convenient tram service (about a 3 minute ride) is provided during the spring, summer and early fall months to the nearby deeded beach access.
