This neighborhood is walkable to everything a person could want! Hip Portland vibe- walk to locally famous McMenamins Bagdad Theater, restaurants, bars, boutiques, groceries, pet supplies, thrift stores, coffee shops, bookstores (Powell's Annex). The walkability is incomparable.
