We enjoyed our time in this Morro Bay home. It was well cared-for, and the owner clearly thought a lot about details that families might need, including the presence of a small stool so our smaller kids had an easier time of using the sinks in the bathrooms, lots of books, games, and cooking supplies. The location is really central. Everything was walking distance, and it was as easy to get to the grocery store as it was to get to restaurants and the beach. It’s a home that manages to be spacious while also compact and cozy. The only downside was that the owner wasn’t able to respond to our inquiry about the unreliability of the Internet connection until around when we left. They were enjoying their weekend away, too, camping without cell signal, which I am glad for them to be able to do, but maybe it would be good to have a fall-back contact in case something more concerning and unanticipated comes up. In truth, the place is so well-maintained, I understand the confidence they would have had in stepping away for the weekend.
