As New Jersey residents, Pennsylvania has never felt far away—but we never imagined we’d choose to spend our retirement here, especially in Stroudsburg and the Penn Estates community. It all began when we spotted a beautiful home in Stroudsburg on Facebook. With our backgrounds in architecture and structural design, my husband and I have always dreamed of designing our own home.
After two years of searching, we discovered Penn Estates in East Stroudsburg—the perfect place to live. We love decorating cozy spaces, exploring scenic trails, and uncovering hidden gems in the area. Hosting allows us to share this beautiful region with guests, helping them feel at home and create unforgettable memories.

It features rare two-zone AC units in the Poconos, enabling precise temperature control in different areas of the house. Every detail—from layout to finishes—was thoughtfully planned to combine style, function, and a warm, welcoming feel.
