Nestled in the serene Gulf Gate neighborhood, SunToss by Seaesta is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat perfect for your next getaway. This spacious home accommodates up to 8 guests, offering two king-size beds, two twin beds, and two twin-size daybeds. One daybed even features a double twin mattress underneath that can be pulled out to convert into a king-size bed. Each room is equipped with smart TVs ranging from 32" to 50", allowing you to stream your favorite movies and shows through Roku, Netflix, or Hulu.

The home boasts two full-size bathrooms: one is en-suite to the primary bedroom and includes a bathtub, while the other features a walk-in shower.

Cook up a feast in the full-size kitchen, which is stocked with cooking essentials like utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and both a traditional coffee maker and an espresso machine. Wine glasses are also provided for your convenience. Enjoy meals together in the dining room, which features a large table that seats 8 people.

Families will find the home especially welcoming, with board games, children's books, and toys available for entertainment. A pack n play, highchair, and changing table are provided for the little ones.

Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, as well as ceiling fans and portable fans. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the private, fully fenced backyard with a heated inground pool. The pool ranges from 3' to 7' deep. Fire up the BBQ gas grill for a cookout and make use of the provided beach amenities, including beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, and toys (please note these things tend to come and go, so items offered and quantities available my vary during your stay.).

Free parking is available on the premises, with space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please avoid parking on the grass and note that garage parking is not available as the garage door is currently broken.

SunToss by SeaEsta is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many retail shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. Detwiler's Farm Market is a local grocery store offering farm-fresh produce, meats, and grocery items just 0.3 miles away. Spend the day shopping or grabbing a bite to eat at the shops and restaurants of Sarasota Pavillion (1.9 miles) or directly behind the plaza offers a variety of restaurants and pubs to choose from including Solarzano's Pizza, Screaming Goat Taqueria, Hoshi Sushi, Food + Beer, Thirsty Turtle, and more! For fine dining, Ruth's Chris Steak House is just 2.2 miles away. Local nearby beaches include the famous Siesta Key Beach just 4.4 miles away or Turtle Beach just 5.8 miles away.

Our pool is equipped with a heater to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that during colder winter months, when outside temperatures drop, the heater may not always be able to bring the water up to your desired warmth. We appreciate your understanding!
