Welcome to your perfect escape in the heart of the Romantic Zone! Located just half a block from the famous Los Muertos Beach, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort and privacy.

This is a 1-bedroom condo at street level, it has basic and practical facilities, to provide a great stay in the trendiest place in town (La Zona Romantica) and one block from the beach. There are no common services or service staff. Access is by self-check-in as well as check-out. We are still accessible digitally here on the app or WA. The place is good for 2 people, sleeping in a Queen size bed with air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and a large sink area to display your personal products. The rest of the unit consists of an open space where the kitchen, living room and dining table share an air-conditioned environment, a wall to ceiling front window that allows views of the street and part of the ocean on the left side. There is Wi-Fi and Smart T.V. to enjoy from any angle of the area. The dining table is actually a multipurpose table, as it is square and wide. There are several electrical outlets for your mobile devices. The stove and hot water are by gas. This is a non-smoking unit. Suitable for short stays and monthly. Additional services upon request and for a fee are cleaning service, change of bed linen and towels and airport transfer. However, monthly stays include weekly cleaning/bed linen and towels.

Guests, visits, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the owner's policy of the unit, so you must consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply.

Remember that Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you may find construction near the property, restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if this is the case.

The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Make responsible use of the Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico, electricity is very expensive, so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population cannot afford. By following these instructions, it is almost certain that you will not have any extra charges.

In the apartment you have a safe, which will be delivered to you in an open position and you must leave it that way when you leave. If you leave it locked, you will be charged $100 USD.

The internet service we contracted is from the largest Mexican companies, Izzi Telecom. Currently, there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have already adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not accepting any type of claim for service failures.

Ask about our transportation services from the airport to the apartment, one-way and/or round trip.

Non smoke. There is a $250 USD fine for any evidence of smoke on the premises.
No clothing or any items hanging in the windows are permitted.
Use of the building's common areas for trash or personal belongings or inventory items is not permitted.
You must avoid loud talking or making noise while transiting common areas (hallways and stairs).
No pets allowed without prior consent. Pets may be allowed and a fee may apply.
No parties allowed.
No additional guests or visitors allowed. Additional person fee may apply.
Loud sound or noise must be turned off from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

Your reservation is at your own risk in the event of travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may impact your stay dates. Please note that the Host does not offer refunds or date changes for travel restrictions, personal events, emergencies, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please only book if you are 100% sure of your dates. There is no flexibility for changes under any circumstances.

Our cancellation policy is strict. Please check the Airbnb cancellation section for exact terms. Please note that the Host will not make exceptions or additional refunds outside of what is stipulated by the platform.

The Host is not responsible for refunds for unused nights, trip interruptions, or any other reason.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in any eventuality.

DURING YOUR STAY

One set of towels is provided per person.

We do not provide extra towels, even for long stays. If you need more, we will gladly provide them for an additional cost.

You may wash the towels provided, but they must not be mixed with other cloths or used to clean the kitchen or floors. If they are damaged or stained, the cost of replacement will be charged through the platform.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fine of $250 USD will be applied without exceptions.

ELECTRICITY POLICY

The rate includes 25 kWh per day, sufficient for normal use if the air conditioning does not remain on 24/7.

If the limit is exceeded, the additional consumption will be charged without extra charge, but without exception.

IMPORTANT

Failure to comply with any rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.

We are not responsible for noise or disturbances due to nearby construction. We have no control over them and we do not offer compensation for this reason.
The water and internet services belong to companies outside of us, therefore any failure in these services or others in the apartment will not be cause for reimbursement since these services are not included in our rates.
