• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed without written approval. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.

Damages Policy
• Definition of Damage: Any condition that deviates from the property’s original state, including but not limited to stains, spills, broken fixtures, appliance damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Liability: Guests are liable for any damage caused and may be charged the cost of repair or replacement. Lost rental income due to unavailability of the unit may also apply.
• Mattress/Bedding: Any soiling or stains on mattresses or bedding will require replacement at the guest’s expense.
Access and Inspections
Authorized staff may enter the apartment for scheduled cleaning, maintenance, or emergencies. Standard entry procedures, such as knocking, will always be followed.
In cases of suspected illegal activity, welfare checks, or emergency repairs, entry may occur without prior notice.
