ID Requirement
A valid ID matching the reservation name (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) must be presented at check-in. Contact details will also be required for safety and communication purposes.

Luggage Storage
Early arrivals and late departures can store luggage free of charge for up to 12 hours. Longer storage is available for €10 per day.

Booking Extensions
Extensions are possible depending on availability. Rate changes may apply. Requests must be made in writing and approved in advance.

House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain a tidy living space. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
• No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. A €200 fine applies for violations.
• No Parties: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a €200 penalty, potential eviction, and cancellation of the reservation.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed without written approval. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Key Replacement: Lost or unreturned keys will result in a €200 replacement fee.

Maintenance & Emergencies
Report any maintenance issues as soon as they arise. These are prioritized by urgency, and response times will vary accordingly. Temporary interruptions in utilities or external disturbances (e.g. street noise, dust) will not result in refunds unless due to direct negligence.

Damages Policy
• Definition of Damage: Any condition that deviates from the property’s original state, including but not limited to stains, spills, broken fixtures, appliance damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Liability: Guests are liable for any damage caused and may be charged the cost of repair or replacement. Lost rental income due to unavailability of the unit may also apply.
• Mattress/Bedding: Any soiling or stains on mattresses or bedding will require replacement at the guest’s expense.

Access and Inspections

Authorized staff may enter the apartment for scheduled cleaning, maintenance, or emergencies. Standard entry procedures, such as knocking, will always be followed.

In cases of suspected illegal activity, welfare checks, or emergency repairs, entry may occur without prior notice.

For guests with approved pets, cooperation is expected during maintenance visits, which may involve temporarily removing the pet from the apartment if necessary.
