Leading up to my stay, I was regularly checking in with the property manager who I though was the correct person as listed online. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. The day before I was suppose to recieve the check in details. I was not notified until the day of, and I personally had to contact the property manager regarding this!
We had arrived at the property, to find out that the original place we booked had already been occupied!
I contacted the property manager, who had changed over the week, and raised this issue. I was furious, because I had specifically booked that place. Luckily, they had another place available and we didn't have to travel far. The property manager was apologetic, but this was unacceptable. The place we had to stay at, the fire alarm continuously beeped throughout the night/day which we had to keep switching on/off. I messaged the property manager regarding this issue as it needed to be addressed, and all they had to reply was 'Sorry'
We all wanted to enjoy our stay, so we let it go. But the check in process was terrible.
