I am very familiar with the surrounding area and will be able to advise you on famous and good-quality restaurants, tourist spots, transportation and others. My family and I love to travel so we know the struggles and importance of vacation planning and expenses very well.

My place is located at the tallest building in Cebu and the Visayas. It is in the central district area ideal for personal, leisure and/or business functions. It is near to Fuente Osmena Circle(a famous landmark) and is surrounded with restaurant, coffee shop, supermarket, mall, bakery, bank/ATM/money changer, church, school, hospital/clinic and basically almost everything that you need. It is also a very popular night life district with the surrounding bars, pubs, discos, night clubs and even some 24 hours restaurants/fast food chains.
The condo is still very new(around 1yr+) so the units are also quite new(a couple of months). It is fully secured with 24/7 front desk, CCTV cameras and security guards. It has 4 high speed elevators in Tower 1 and a readily back-up generator in case of power interruption. There is also a swimming pool and playground that you can use but for a limited and scheduled time only as of now for security purposes due to the ongoing construction of tower 2.
Each studio room has a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with shower, water heater and toiletries included. It is also fully furnish with a queen bed with pull-out single/double bed, 43" LED TV, WiFi internet, air-condition, wardrobe closet, cabinet, cupboard, table, refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, range hood, rice cooker, water kettle, cooking ware and dining ware in order to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. It is ideal for couple with 1/2 kids or for someone who travel for business/work related purposes.
