Oberonの近くの高地にある、快適で完全自立型の3ベッドルームファームハウスです。冬に。 何よりも、Kilbeggan Cottageはシドニーから車でわずか2時間半です。

We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and cosy for winter.

It was very straight forward and easy. Loloma was great, friendly and really helpful and kind with our queries. Thanks we’d love to come again.

Wonderful break

Great property, beautiful surrounds. Well equipped, spotless & tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to town & Mayfield Gardens but feels like a million miles away, very quiet. Would like to return for a bit longer than 2 nights next time. Owner very pleasant & easy to deal with.

Beautiful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was our home away from home for 4 nights. Comfortable, warm and cosy. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was here. The horses and donkeys were lovely to see and so friendly. We loved seeing the kangaroos in the paddocks and hearing the kookaburras laughing. Would highly recommend staying here. Loloma and David are excellent hosts.

Great farmstay

Communication in the lead up was great and the check-in very easy. The cottage is spacious and really well equipped. Our son loved interacting with the horses and donkeys on the paddock right outside the cottage. The host was very friendly and lives in the main house a few hundred meters away, so within easy reach if required. We're definitely hoping to come back!

Beautiful country cottage

This was a beautifully situated cottage, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The fire not only keep the place cosy and warm, but made for wonderful ambiance for a country experience. Good location, not far from the Mayfield Gardens- which were a surprising gem. We had a wonderful time. And will definitely come back.

Beautiful cottage and location

Booked 2 nights and loved it so much we stayed for 3. Beautiful surrounds, kids loved seeing the horses and donkeys. Fireplace was awesome and loved how they had the wood and fire prepared and ready to go when we arrived. Comfortable lounge room with the fire made for a peaceful family weekend, loved it, highly recommend.

Beautiful peaceful cottage

We had a lovely time in this beautiful cottage. We fed the donkeys and horses carrots each day- they were always happy to visit at the fence near the back door. Lovely place to get away from the city noise. We enjoyed walks, (middle child saw and filmed a wombat in the property) played board games and enjoyed the fire. Quick drive to the Main Street of OBeron. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner a lovely lady.

Lovely country experience

Host was great at responding to questions and providing information. Good location if you like to be away from everything but close enough to shopping village to get food etc. and only 10min drive up Mayfield gardens which was lovely to visit. Cosy fire place and well stocked with firewood. Ample games and DVDs to keep you entertained on cold days. Overall an enjoyable holiday.

Winter Weekend Getaway

My family and I (family of 5), had a great long weekend at the property. The cottage was excellent, clean and cosy. The family loved feeding the animals on the farm and although really cold outside - the fire kept us nice and warm. The cottage is close to Oberon and Bathurst and we would recommend to others. A perfect way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and just relax.

Great Farm Stay

Lovely location, beautiful property and setting. Highly recommend a predawn walk to the top of the hill for the sunrise. Great stay.

Beautiful, quiet and very relaxing

Great location close to Oberon township and Mayfield Gardens. Carrots on the bench when we arrived to feed the friendly horses and donkeys was a lovely touch. The hosts are very helpful prior to arrival. Great little house with everything we needed. Beautiful countryside to look at through the big windows of the house or stomp around in. Patchy Optus reception for internet access, but enough to get text messages inside and on the verandah phone calls are fine. Adds to the relaxed vibe. Highly recommend a stay here.

Sydney getaway

Such a great location for a weekend away. Everything you need, super quiet. The house was excellent. Loved the horses and donkeys but especially a visit from the most welcoming dog! Host was easy to contact and very friendly. Thank you!

Lovely country cottage

Had a lovely stay in Oberon. The cottage was very clean and all communication was fantastic. The peace and quiet was just perfect. Lovely meeting the animals too. Highly recommend!

Little gem of a house in a pretty setting

We rented this house to visit the nearby Mayfield Gardens which were spectacular. The house was clean and nicely renovated. A set fire awaited our arrival which was very thoughtful. The kids loved the bunk room and feeding the donkeys and horses won’t be carrots lol sky provided. Would highly recommend as a country get away (just BYO tea bags, coffee and bars of soap).

First family holiday

This farmstsy was our first family holiday as my youngest is 7 months. This was the perfect spot for young families to go as it has everything in one place. We went on farm walks every day multiple times and ventured into Oberon on occasion too. Feeding the donkeys and horses was definitely the highlight! We will be back every winter 😍

Lovely place to stay

A beautiful cottage with great views. It was clean and had everything we needed for a lovely country stay. The kids loved feeding the horses and donkeys and roasting marshmallows on the brazier!

Kilbeggan Cottage can comfortably accommodate up to eight people in three bedrooms and is the only farm-stay property on the farm.

Facilities include:
Open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room – cooker, full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, TV with Foxtel, DVD player, small DVD library and cosy, slow combustion fire with plenty of firewood provided
Bedroom 1 – sleeps two people in a queen bed
Bedroom 2 – sleeps two people in a queen bed
