We spent a wonderful 3 months staying in 1012 Sienna, Scottsdale. Condo was central, situated close to golf courses, hiking, food shopping, fashion centres and restaurants.
The Condo was bright and clean with all the amenities. The covered parking spot was close.
We liked the idea of the condo being on the ground floor.
The Owners Shellee and Lisa were most accommodating to our requests. We would certainly give it a 5 star rating.

Nice condo, but now only for U.S. residents?
We greatly enjoyed our 2015 three-month stay in this bright, beautifully-decorated unit. It is in a great locale with fine trails around it and everything that’s supposed to work, does! The kitchen was well-equipped with gizmos enough to make this cook happy. Seniors and families with small kids need to watch out for pretty but breakable glass throughout the living area: tabletops, tall vases, hard-to-see glass door on the TV unit, etc. Hazardous and costly if you stumble, as this senior learned the hard way. The landladies are very likeable and responsive to problems inside the unit itself. But their bookings approach is unusual to say the least. They agreed by email in February to rent us the condo again in 2016, then never sent a lease despite reassuring us in a March phone call that all was well. Finally in June, four months after we first enquired, they sent a letter with a backtrack in rental policy that effectively shuts out Canadians. To explain, the unit will rent only to those eligible to buy the damage insurance policy they want, which is VRBO/HomeAway’s damage insurance. If you check out http://www.propertydamageprotection.com/ you’ll see in the second paragraph of fine print at the bottom that it’s available to U.S. residents and sadly that means ONLY to U.S. residents. Our call to the insurance company established that Canadians can’t buy it. Let’s hope more VRBO landlords don’t go this way. Maybe it was that glass, eh?
