The holiday house is in a quiet residential area on the edge of the town of Novigrad.

All the apartments have their own entrance and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and gas stove. The living room has a generous dining table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The bathrooms are fitted with a washbasin, WC and shower cubicle. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, with a grill. They are also furnished, so you can enjoy sitting or dining outdoors or relaxing in the shade. Each apartment has an illuminated and separate parking space. The owner provides bicycles for use free of charge, for exploring the surroundings.

In front of the site there is a children’s playground and there is also a big park. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in the town centre just 2km away. It is easy to get to the surrounding beaches, stretching for 4km, by car.

This apartment is a 75m² attic apartment with sloped ceilings, on the second floor. Apart from the rooms mentioned, it has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and an additional single bed (100 x 20cm). The owner can provide a children’s bed on request.

The big, roofed balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and has a brick-built grill.
