Holiday flats directly on the ski slope and MTB trails
New from December 2025: A heated outdoor pool with a waterfall, a whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and a relaxation area await you, where you can really enjoy your holiday with a few surprises.
Spend a wonderful and unforgettable holiday in our feel-good holiday flats with alpine flair.
The holiday flats will captivate you with their lovingly designed yet modern furnishings.
The perfect location guarantees peace and relaxation as well as easy access to the Giggijoch ski area and the Harise (670) and Traien (677) MTB nature trails, as the ski slope and the nature trails lead right past our house. The perfect starting point for further hikes, mountain tours and mountain bike tours.
Surrounded by the Ötztal mountains, our holiday flats in the flat house are located approx. 150 m above the village centre of Sölden.
A restaurant is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 metres away)
W-LAN is also included in the whole house as well as the car parking spaces, which are available free of charge, bed linen and towels are provided. There is also an electric charging station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area.
In summer the Ötztal Premium Card is included
The balcony, which faces both south and east, is furnished with chairs and tables and offers a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains.
The holiday flat no. 2, about 65 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: 2 double rooms with box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms with rain shower and WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror,
