The house is ideal for families or couples; pets are permitted; all windows have shutters and mosquito screens; the street facing side of the house is walled off by a natural stone wall. The house is ideal for relaxation or an active holiday all year long. It is only about five kilometres to some of the island's most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc, Es Carbó, Ets Estanys, Es Dolç) and not much further one of the many romantic coves of the south eastern coast (Cala Llombarts, Cala Santanyi, Cala S'Amonia, Cala Figuera, Cala Mondragó). Shopping and restaurants can be found about 5 km from the property. It is about 25 km to the nearest golf course. After a few hundred meters, you can access the bird habitat (guided tours upon request). We also highly recommend a trip to the natural reserve of the islands of Cabrera (leaves from Colonia de Sant Jordi).
