The apartment is in the centre of the old town of Makarska with a view of the sea.

Apartment 3*** for 4 persons, consists of two floors,65 m2. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (with all appliances), double bedroom(king size bed 160*200 with 22 cm luxury mattress) with ac and smart tv, large living room, bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer), hallway, balcony with a fold-out sofa and a sea view, massage chair , home theater with 55"oled tv,cable tv,netflix,hbo,ps5. On the second floor there is anteroom and double bedroom(queen size bed 140*200 with 20 cm mattress) with ac and smart tv. The apartment was completely renovated and comfortably furnished. It is located in the center of Makarska, 400 meters from the main square and 500 meters from the central beach of Makarska. The immediate vicinity of playgrounds for children and adults, as well as other town facilities.Forth floor,no elevator.

You can enjoy a wonderful view as far as the sea from the balcony with a sofa bed.Parking on the street.Parking on the demand,300 m from ap on secured parking lot.
