1-room apartment 27 m2, on the ground floor, east facing position. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 25 m2, east facing position, garden 25 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 44. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist die Wohnung völlig in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist relativ alt, stört aber die Funktion nicht! Die Terasse ist sehr schön. Die Terassentür lässt sich sehr weit aufschieben, das fand ich klasse! Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war die Dusche. Sie ist ziemlich klein und der Duschvorhang klebt immer an einem beim duschen. Eine Klimaanlage wäre noch ganz gut! Ansonsten war der Last-Minute-Preis für die Hochsaison völlig in Ordung!

Vacances très bien rien à redire sauf pour le lit qui est un peu de guingois pour un couple !

Rien de spécial… juste le lit qui bascule quand on ne fait pas contrepoids ! Astuce nous avons fait couper 3 plots de bois a bonne hauteur pour ne plus basculer et tomber au sol .. a part cela rien à redire d’ailleurs nous reviendrons !

La joie des vacances.

Part ou commencer, salle de bains, eaux froide douche hs , aucune prise de courant , besoin d un coup de jeune, lave vaisselle inexistant, clic clac en très mauvais état , mobilier vieux,,bon point barbecue électrique mais aucune rallonge en extérieur ni dans la véranda donc inutilisable, lit superposé posé (1 lit posé vulgairement sur 1 autres) ,dangereux électricité non conforme dans la cuisine, machine à laver en fin de vie (à l éssorage bruit de marteaux) dommage très jolie potentiel.
