This cozy cottage is located in a beautiful and quiet cottage area in Sømarken not far from the beach.

The cottage is decorated in light colors and functionally furnished with a porch and a distribution corridor in open connection with the dining room and kitchen. There is a well-equipped combined bathroom. The kitchen is functional with plenty of space to prepare meals. From the kitchen you have direct access to the dining room, where you can enjoy your meals with a fire in the wood stove.

In the attached large bright garden room there are cozy alcoves with comfortable furniture where you can have conversations after the day's adventures or just sit and relax with an exciting book, game or movie on the large flat screen TV. The house has 3 well-appointed bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The two rooms have double beds and the last one has a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed. There is also a crib (weekend bed) available.

The house is situated on a large natural plot with playground equipment for the children. In the carport for the car there are CEE sockets with 400V and 230V to charge e.g. an electric car, as well as sockets for charging electric bicycles. On the east-facing terrace you can enjoy the morning sun in peace with a good cup of coffee and freshly baked rolls. On the south terrace you have the opportunity to prepare dishes on the gas grill or just enjoy the sun and nature.

The house is a good starting point for trips to the nearby beach (about 400 m) or to the small cozy harbor - Bakkerne Havn, where there is a smokehouse with a good fish restaurant and in the summer the baker sells fresh bread from the sales cart in the parking lot. Or use the house as a starting point for trips to Bornholm's sights and nature.
