The private pool can be used to swim a few lengths or to cool off on hot summer days. Of course, the finca also has a large terrace where you can relax on the loungers. When you have sunbathed enough, you can either make yourself comfortable under one of the many natural shady spots or use the lounge furniture located under the awning. Here you can start the day with a great breakfast in the fresh air and end it with a barbecue (gas barbecue available), or just a few drinks.

When furnishing the finca, great importance was attached to high-quality furniture, an open construction and a modern equipped kitchen. The finca is divided into a living/dining area, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook as you please. On hot summer days, the temperature in the finca can be comfortably regulated via the two air conditioners. The finca is also well equipped for a stay in winter with underfloor heating and a fireplace.
In addition to the bed, the house also has an L-shaped sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. From here you can watch TV or make use of the WLAN, which is quite fast by Mallorcan standards (up to 40 Mb download).

The finca is only a few minutes drive from Inca, which is the third largest town in Mallorca and offers all shopping facilities. The location of the finca can also be used as a starting point for bicycle tours and hikes in the impressive Tramuntana mountains. The island's capital Palma can be reached in 20-25 minutes, as can the holiday resort of Alcudia.
