Grab your bath towel and walk a few steps to the lake for a refreshing swim, or explore it by rowing boat. Or go hiking in the beautiful nature around the house and pick mushrooms and berries in season. Drive to Vetlanda, which offers a good selection of stores, restaurants and entertainment. Suitable day trips include Glasriket, Astrid Lindgren's World, Öland or Gränna. Several good golf courses are located within 50 km. In the winter you have access to good ski slopes and a slope with lift in Kettilsås.
