The city center and the tram can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot.

2 separate bedrooms, each with a large Kingszie box spring bed, allows our guests to sleep comfortably. Here you can enjoy the night.

In the daylight bathroom you will find a modern bathtub and an extra shower. New bathroom furniture in a stylish ambience invites you to have extensive bathing pleasure.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the dishwasher and oven, you will find all the cooking utensils you need for an enjoyable evening here. Here you can prepare great dishes and enjoy them at the dining table with the whole family.

The spacious living room with smart TV (Netflix etc.) with a view of the inner courtyard also has a large sofa, which can be easily converted into a bed.
