Villa with 2 bedrooms and nice terrace overlooking the golf course and in the winter months heated communal pool. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



Upstairs there is 1 living room with dining area, access to the terrace, 1 kitchen and 1 toilet. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bath.



The house is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player.



The house has two sun loungers and no more are provided.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area has a terrace, sun beds, garden and parking. There is also a common area for the Morro Golf complex with a terrace, sunbeds, outdoor shower and communal pool with electric pool heating (01.10 - 31.05.).



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay.
