In just 10 minutes by car you are in Cala de Mijas, where there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level there is the fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, a toilet and the beautiful terrace. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private terrace with beautiful mountain views. The house is fully air-conditioned. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a Smart TV with international TV channels. There is also WIFI in all rooms. Direct access from the living room to the terrace with an outdoor table and a lot of privacy makes you feel like you are in a family home.
