The magnificent Rustic Villa Imota is located in the small town of Gornji Proložac, which is only 8.7 km from the town of Imotski. Imotski is famous for the Blue and Red Lakes, but in addition to its natural beauty, it also boasts a rich cultural heritage. This villa is ideal for a real holiday where you will certainly recharge your batteries and relax in the company of family and friends.



The villa was built in 2020, and at first glance, it will delight you with its rustic style, which, combined with modern details, represents a real holiday idyll. You have 200 m2 of living space at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is about two buildings in which a maximum of 9 people can stay together, which will be located in 5 bedrooms on the upper floor, four rooms have a double bed (160x200), and one room has a single bed (90x200). The villa also has 3 bathrooms with a shower cabin.



In the two fully equipped kitchens you will prepare meals for family and friends, and in the two living rooms, you will relax on the sofa, which also has a TV, chest of drawers, and armchairs. In the dining room, there is a dining table with 10 seats. In the central room of the smaller building, there is also a room with an indoor fireplace, table, and chairs.



A room with a sauna will provide you with complete relaxation, and the entertainment available is a children's pool and a slide, while adults can play darts, billiards, or table football.



The outdoor terrace offers more than enough space for socializing and entertainment, there is also a heated swimming pool measuring 36 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Additional pool equipment is a jacuzzi. Next to the pool, there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table, and you can also use an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.



Additional facilities at your disposal are a washing machine and an iron.



The villa is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces, while there are 3 more spaces outside the yard.



Some of the interesting things about Imotski are that you can swim in the Blue Lake, and in the summer the lake can even dry up, so football can be played at the bottom. Likewise, above the Blue Lake is the Topana fortress, which dates back to the 10th century and was inhabited until the 19th century. The Red Lake is also known, which got its name from the colour of the rocks that surround it. The town of Imotski is full of stone houses and stairs that connect the old and new parts of the town.
