The Space:
A functional 39.82 m² apartment, perfect for a family with children or a group of up to 4 people. Upon entering, attention is drawn to the spacious living room connected to a kitchenette. The lounge area features a comfortable fold-out corner sofa that transforms into a cosy bed for two at night. Evenings are enhanced by a 55-inch Smart TV with access to streaming platforms. The kitchenette is designed for everyday convenience and is equipped with a modern induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher — ideal for those who enjoy cooking. A microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker are also provided for a pleasant start to the day. Meals can be shared at the comfortable dining table. The cosy bedroom offers a large double bed, ensuring a restful and comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine, particularly useful for longer stays. A hair dryer is available in the drawer beneath the washbasin. From the living room, there is access to a balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening air. The nearest bus stop is only a one-minute walk from the apartment, and the tram stop can be reached in about four minutes on foot.
