Approx 35-45 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport (27 miles)
Gated community nestled on the 18th hole of the golf course.
One level (1555 sq. ft) with elevator access.
Master bedroom (adjustable split king tempur-pedic) has a 50' plasma TV and the master bathroom has double sink and jetted tub and shower. 2nd Bath has walk in shower and bench with rain shower and hand held. 2nd Bedroom (Queen Bed) Murphy Bed.
Galley kitchen, granite countertops including breakfast bar. Dining nook can seat up to 6 people. Wet bar in living room. 58' smart HDTV in living room. Open concept living room/dining room & kitchen. Large patio with Weber natural gas BBQ and patio table & chairs and patio heater.

I grew up in Southern California and moved to the Tacoma area 35 years ago. My wife grew up in an Air Force Family and did the relocating thing until she landed in neighboring Lakewood and attended high school in Lakewood
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We bought this condo to downsize after the kids moved out. We have been here for just about 20 years and absolutely love it. We overlook the 18th hole fairway of Allenmore Golf Course which is probably the best neighbor you could have.

This complex is tucked away and very private yet close to many attractions. Hiking, biking, nature walks and relaxing on the patio are some of our favorite activities.
