The space
This is a newly remodeled basement unit in an older building, so you may hear footsteps and noises from the unit above (we have calming white noise machines throughout to minimize). The building is close to light rail, so you may hear some train noises during your stay. We have done the best we can to sound proof the space, however sometimes you may hear other Airbnb guests and their children.
