運河沿いにある4ベッドルームと2バスルームの家で、家の前と後ろの水の景色を眺めることができます。 ビーチは徒歩圏内にある非常に静かなコミュニティです。 ドックは運河沿いの家の正面にあり、湾に簡単にアクセスできます。 家には折り返しのポーチがあり、リビングスペースは3階から始まるので、素晴らしい景色を楽しめます。 テレビとDVDプレーヤーを備えた広い部屋があり、キッチンには10席のダイニングエリアに必要なものがすべて揃っています。 2つの寝室にはクイーンサイドベッドがあり、1つの寝室にはキングベッドがあり、4番目の部屋にはツインベッドがあります。

Stunning Views

Shell Point offers an amazing location with spacious clean living areas. However, some areas feel a bit dated. The stunning surroundings make up for it, but be cautious of potential splinters and sticky burrs—proper footwear is advised.

Panacea Fishing Trip

Loved the property. Enjoyed talking to the owner. Property manager/VRBO were slow to respond, hard to communicate with, and I had to rely solely on the owner to get needed information on property access. The property is in a great and quiet neighborhood, is very clean and comfortable. Only criticism is that the living room furniture needs updating. All else was just fine, and we greatly enjoyed being there.

Living quarters nice.

Living quarters where nice. Hidden safety issues outdoors. Kids got wood slivers from the steps up to the Living quarters. 63 year old tripped over a 2×6 sticking 6 inches out of ground by the driveway. He cut his feet and slid across the drive. No lights on driv

Father Son Grandson Fishing Trip

Wonderful time with a beautiful view. Accommodations were nice, restaurants were not as close as we would have liked but we will stay there again.

Fantastic Community

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family with plenty of room. The house is listed as having no WiFi which was a concern for the teens and FSU student week before exams, but it did! Internet worked well for all of our devices and Netflix. :) Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Our fishing guide even picked us up at our dock! Restaurants nearby (about 15-30minutes) were very good! Like crab legs? All you can eat Country Buffet is not far away and is delicious!

Clean and nice with everything a large family.

Easy to find. Clean with plenty of cooking tools. I would recommend to anyone.

Our new vacation spot for our family!

Online pictures do not do this place justice!! We spent an entire week and had a wonderful time. The only issue (not a big issue) we had is you park on the back side of the house and have to carry luggage and groceries around to the front side and up two flights of stairs. Would be nice to have an easier access from the drive but over-all we had a wonderful time fishing and playing. Beach is right around the corner. Would like to have had more information on things to do in the area, where you could rent a boat etc., but again we had a great time. Perfect for getting the whole family together in one place.

Great location on the canal

Second time staying here and loved it again. Kept the boat tied up in front which is so nice and the view cant be beat. Loved it so much will be staying again soon. Very large house and very clean. Highly recommend.

Great location on the canal

Stayed here for a fishing trip with my brothers and could not have picked a better place. The house is right on the canal with a large boat dock just steps from the house. Left the boat tied up overnight and could check on it from the porch. The house is very large and has the bedrooms on each side which provides some space if needed. The house is elevated and there is no elevator but was not a problem for us. Hope to be able to stay again in the future. Thanks for letting us stay at your great beach house.
