A wonderful host and great stay

We loved our stay in this excellent neighbourhood, close to the Marais and with good metro lines for sightseeing. Our host Patrick was the kindest and most welcoming and generous person who really looked after us. His apartment is well set up, it has a lovely bathroom, the bed is comfortable and there is even a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which you can see twinkling at night from the bedroom window. It is on the 7th floor but there is a small lift. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to Paris. Patrick is the best host ever!

Un très beau séjour à Paris

Dès le premier contact, j'ai eu une très bonne impression du proprio, Monsieur Patrick Niedo . Nous avons eu de celui-ci, un accueil des plus chaleureux. Monsieur Niedo était toujours prêt à nous rendre service, à nous informer et à faciliter notre séjour. Tout était à notre convenance: un appartement propre, bien entretenu, tout près du métro. Vraiment, je recommande cet endroit et bien sûr, si je dois retourner à Paris pour un autre séjour, je n'hésiterai pas à le contacter. Un GROS merci Patrick.

Nice place to stay in Paris!

The apartment was great - central Paris, close to the Metro, clean, and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised and the check-in/out process was a breeze. The home was extremely clean with all the necessary amenities. Patrick, the owner was supportive and offered us a friendly greeting. Thank you Patrick for wonderful hospitality and experience with our stay in Paris! We will definitely be back to stay with you again.

Excellent apartment and very friendly host!

I've stayed 5 days in Patrick's apartment and I can only say good things. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need, fine located (1 min. Subway) and central. Patrick is an amazing person! Very friendly and nice, helped me at all what I asked him, not just things relating to the apartment. No doubt I will return :) Valeria.

La casa è perfetta e ben situata. Attrezzata a puntino esattamente come descrive il proprietario! Non mancava nulla e sopratutto la gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione del proprietario . Come prima esperienza in una sistemazione di questo tipo non potevo chiedere di meglio... Ve lo consiglio vivamente !!!!

"I WARMLY RECOMMEND this place for its central position in the Marais,for its easy Metro Connection, for the Spacious dimentions of the apartment, for the nice furnitures for all its fittings (so RARE in Paris !)and first of all for the gentleness and the genuine, spontaneous friendship we have found in Patrick the owner, a young noble gentleman a modern model of good old times who provided us with a nice bottle of Borgougne and food as we arrived late the first night and kept helping us costantly at any needs we had while we were working in Paris for a week. This is our favourite place in Paris since we came and worked here in 2006 at least two times per year. Next time will book it at least a month before of our staying. Enjoy it ! "Réception très accueilla...

"Réception très accueillante, disponibilité du proprio. Ascenseur petit du 2e au 6e . Quartier très intéressant et tranquille (appartement rénovée avec fenêtres insonorisées, avec plein de bons petits restaurants. Logement très propre. Tout près des stations de métro (Bastille et Bréguet-Sabin. Facilité de se rendre un peu partout à pied. Nous sommes très satisfaites de nos 2 semaines ainsi que du prix très abordable. Merci à Patrick, tu nous manque et Paris aussi."
